Personal Experience
For nearly 15 years Larry has been assisting the growth of small businesses by helping them acquire business necessary equipment, improve cash flow, restructure their existing debt and assisting with business acquisitions.
In 2008, Larry began working with Accountants while employed at a Texas bank that offered a national loan program for professional practices/CPAs. At that time he provided a conventional loan product to CPAs looking to acquire a practice. After leaving that bank he formed Practice Capital Advisors, which is a consultancy firm for professional practices nationwide with a specialty in Accounting businesses. Through those years of experience in the Accounting market, he has been exposed to a vast number of transactions that have provided the basic knowledge of what makes for a successful transition from Sellers to Buyers.
Larry Brusacoram joined ABA Advisors to leverage his knowledge of buying, selling and financing accounting practices along with ABA’s proven track record to provide Accounting Professionals with the best possible service throughout his region.
He is married with three children and if he is not working with clients you could probably find him at the golf course.
