Joshua Dennis, CPA, is a Managing Director at ABA Advisors. Joshua’s goal is to help accountants find ideal solutions when selling or buying a practice. After extensive experience, including working at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte, Joshua became a CPA firm owner by acquiring an existing practice. Joshua grew the practice and sold it after several years. Having personal firm ownership and transaction experience is ideal for helping professionals looking to transition out of firm ownership.
Joshua also serves the accounting profession as an award-winning Senior Lecturer at Indiana University where he has taught courses in accounting, information systems, and project management. Joshua earned his MBA from Indiana University and his BA in Accounting from Hillsdale College. Joshua is a member of the Association of International Certified Public Accountants.
Joshua has two sons, is a competitive sailor and occasional bass guitar player.
